Where did we eat?
TaquerĂa Jamie
C. Ecuador 1406-1444-1406-1444, 5 de Diciembre, 48350 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

Julio’s Churros
Uruguay 206-248, 5 de Diciembre, 48350 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

Birriería El Tío Toño
BerlĂn 108, Versalles, 48310 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

Los Olivos
Lucerna 123-A, DĂaz Ordaz, 48310 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

Tortas Chule
C. González Gallo 123, Vida Vallarta, 48318 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

Lamara
Basilio Badillo 107, Zona Romántica, Emiliano Zapata, 48380 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

Oxxo…
But we were trying to go to El Barracuda
Paraguay 1290, 5 de Diciembre, 48350 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

We kicked things off with juicy campechano and carne asada tacos that were better than expected. Then we wrapped up the night with fresh, piping hot churros made right on the street.

Day 2? We started strong with birria—slow-cooked, spicy, and fall-apart tender. Then came a plate of fiery chilaquiles that nearly ended us… but we powered through (for you!).

Later, we tracked down the famous tortas ahogadas, devoured beachside ceviche, and closed out our tour with crepes and drinks while the sun set over the ocean.
