Today we are taking another apartment tour that will show you 3 amazing deals close to shopping, beaches and very authentic Mexican living.
We will start with a neighborhood called Colonia Bobadilla that is located 15 min drive East from the airport.

The neighborhood is clean and safe with lot of different restaurants and small local stores.
Popular stores like Costco and Walmart are located only a 10 min drive from there.
Then we will look at a spacious 2 BD apartment where rent is $8,000 Pesos or $400 USD a month with the one year lease. Utilities are not included, and on average you would pay another $1,000 Pesos or $50 USD a month.

And lastly we will visit Colonia Aqua Azul which is located 20 min drive east from the airport.
This Two bedroom apartment is $10,000 Pesos ($500 us) all utilities are included except of the Wifi which is around $20 USD a month.

Bachelor apartment is $3,500 Pesos or $175 USD and all of the utilities are included expert Wifi the
neighborhood is safe and quiet with a few very interesting hikes to water falls.
