I started the day with a smoothie and a peaceful walk around Gringo Gulch with Copper. Later, Tim and I jumped onto a city bus for only $15 pesos and had tacos for lunch at one of the busiest taco stands in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta for only $70 pesos. Not bad! And, at night, we explored Downtown during the Festival of our Lady of Guadalupe and tried HUITLACOCHE TACOS!!! CORN FUNGUS!
