DISCLAMER Information provided in the video is my opinion and experience only. Please ensure to do your own research and due diligence when travelling in foreign countries.

10 REASONS WHY I LOVE LIVING IN MEXICO
1.IT IS CHEAP
The housing is pretty cheap, the healthcare system is great and services like homecare and travel are equally as cheap compared to other countries around the world. If you’re earning in dollars or the euro, the exchange rate differences enable you to buy a lot of things at a fraction of their actual cost.
2.THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS
Mexican cuisine is definitely a huge attraction for many foreigners. The extraordinary spices, variety of meat, and fresh wholesome ingredients pack a punch of flavor in every resident dish. Organic food is abundant and easily accessible all around the country. You don’t have to pay a small fortune to replace processed food with healthy meals.
3.GOOD CLIMATE
The climate of Puerto Vallarta is tropical, hot all year round, with a dry, less hot period from December to April and a muggy, rainy period from June to October.
4.CULTURE AND HISTORY
Mexicans are proud of their country and their heritage. Mexico’s rich, vibrant culture blends several indigenous populations with the Mexican people and that is all flavored by a huge Spanish influence left over from the conquistadors. Spanish architecture blends with ancient Maya and Aztec. In big cities streets will display many different kinds of traditional attire and architecture.
5.LEARNING SPANISH
Moving to Mexico is a great way to learn Spanish. Only about 10% of the population speaks English fluently, so it’s an excellent immersive environment for learning. This mix makes it great for beginners and intermediate learners alike.
6.THE TAX ADVANTAGE
Mexico also has a very convenient tax system, making it incredibly easy for people to buy property in the country and run a business there as a resident. Mexico, fortunately, is one of those countries that offer really low tax rates—not a tax haven, but pretty decent nonetheless.
7.REAL ESTATE OPTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES check Elena Nevza’s YouTube here:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdGVrULVEMmvuPtdb0YVVJw
8.THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE

9.INFRASTRUCTURE
The infrastructure is good, the nationwide highway system is good there, and there are international airports throughout the country that offer flights around the world, especially to the U.S. and Canada, because there are so many tourists that come from those countries. So you have multiple ways of getting back and forth from your home country. You will notice that when you come to Mexico you’re going to find stores and brands that you have in the U.S. and Canada. Things like Office Depot, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Costco, and Sam’s Club.
10.RELAXED LIFESTYLE
Laidback lifestyles are the norm in Mexico. In fact, it is almost mandatory. Local businesses often close for a couple of hours in the afternoon, during the heat of the day. Siestas are a real thing and just because you are in a hurry does not mean you can’t hurry the culture. Mexico teaches patience. Sun and ocean also makes the lifestyle in Mexico so relaxed.
