How to find the BEST deals / High season in Puerto Vallarta

In today’s video we talk about rentals in Puerto Vallarta and the area, what am I seeing as well as what I think may happen in the months to come.
Last year many people canceled their Airbnb rentals and rebooked for the 2022 season, because of that it was expected that 2022 season would be very, very busy and almost impossible to find the vacation rental.

My best friend was coming to PV for a vacation in January and asked if I can give her suggestions or help her find a place. I did my research and was surprised, to see a lot of available places for rent on Facebook market place in PV.

She really likes Bucerias and I was checking if anything was available there, I had low expectations because in the summer I was staying in Bucerias and one of the reasons I had to move was that many places were fully pre-booked for November- March.

When I went to check on line in December, I saw that there were many places available for January.
I think travel restrictions in some countries combined with people’s confidence traveling these days maybe the reason.

Now is January 20, 2022 and I am here again and there is nothing available again!!! Crazy!!! One day there are plenty of choices and the next day there is nothing available . This time I think PV hotel restrictions maybe the reason.
If you haven’t checked out my last video, it is liked below, but in short, states of Jalisco and Nayarit have announced that hotels should operate at 50% capacity starting in late January. This very well maybe the reason Airbnbs are filling up!
