Why you HAVE to visit Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico ?/ January 2022
In this video I share with you 8 reasons Nuevo Vallarta is one of the best destinations in the Puerto Vallarta area to live at or to visit your next holiday.
If you are planning a trip to PV and deciding where to stay, make sure to watch until the very end!
Nuevo Vallarta is located on Mexico’s Pacific coast, just North of PV on the shores of the Banderas Bay. Nuevo Vallarta is a short 20 min drive from PV.
Nuevo Vallarta is famous for its golf courses , long while sand beaches and a beautiful Marina.
In today’s video I show you how Nuevo Vallarta looks like in January 2022 and 8 reasons you would you want to visit here.
Reason #1
Restaurants- there are plenty of beautiful restaurants located on Boulevard Nuevo Vallarta and Avenida de Cocoteros.
Reason#2
Beautiful hotels along the beach
If you love all inclusive hotels – Nuevo Vallarta has many of them.
Some of my favorites I’ve stayed at are:
Hard Rock, Occidental, Rui and Marival!
You can stay in these hotels for your entire visit or have a day’s pass if you chose to stay at the Airbnb’s instead.
This brings me to the third point:
Reason#3
Luxurious Airbnb’s at great prices.
Because Nuevo Vallarta is knows for it’s beautiful beachfront hotels, Airbnb prices here are slightly less than Bucerias for example.
There are plenty to chose from for a luxurious vacation starting at $80 a night right now in high season.
Reason #4:
Beach and activities.
Reason #5
Marina – for the boat lovers, Marina Vallarta is a perfect spot.
Reason # 6 may not be significant, but if you like to be active outside, is a great one:
Avenida de Cocoteros – if you love to run or bike, this is amazing!
Avenida cocoteras runs from Marina to Bucerias. Avenida Cocoteras loved by runners, roller bladders , people who just love to ride the bike and simply walking . This avenue is always busy from 5-6 am till late , late evening. Especially now is January in the high season.
Reason#7
Love Golf? – Nuevo Vallarta has that covered for you as well. El Tigre Golf course and residencies is a perfect place to stay at and enjoy a game of golf.
Reason #8
Farmers Market
Every Tuesday from 9am -2pm there is a Farmer’s Market happening behind the Hospital Joya in Nuevo Vallarta.
Its a must see when you are here if you love hand made goods, fresh produce, freshly baled breads, amazing coffee and love music!
So here we have it friends, 8 amazing reasons to stay or live in Nuevo Vallarta!
Let me know in the comments below if you would stay here and what reason was your favorite!

On this turn we took the 737 from PHX all the way down south to Mexico. We then quick turned and headed to rainy Orange County. Landing the 737 into Orange County can be tricky because it’s a short runway, adding the rain element on top of that adds another level of complexity!
Hope you all enjoy it. Cheers!

We hope you enjoy our first family holiday in Puerto Vallarta from Christmas to New Years Eve. In this video we show how we got everyone down on @Southwest Airlines to experience our home and to have a wonderful family experience. We went out to eat at places like Cuates y Cuetes, took a boat out on Banderas Bay from the Vallarta Yacht Club, and went out to see @StevenRetchless at @Act2PV (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXbcvz3h8Ptc_GaS2ScqOBQ) in addition to having Stefan’s dad sit down and take in a little Circus Family on the Road @eltriolalala (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQrf26LSExQ).
