Welcome to part 1 of the Mexico series! It’s a blessing to escape the cold weather in Calgary for a week (it was -35C when we left) to Mexico for a much needed family vacation. The weather was absolutely perfect every single day. We stayed at the Vidanta resorts thanks to Lauren’s mom because we were able to use her Registry Collection points and ended up paying about $500 TOTAL for 4 people! The resort was very upscale with unbelievable service. We can easily recommend this place to anyone!

Puerto Vallarta in Mexico is a wonderful place. We did a walk of about 7 km from the cruise port to the cathedral Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. We started at Marina Vallarta and passed several beautiful beaches. On the way we saw some parrots and iguanas (lizards). Finally we enjoyed the boardwalk Malecon with many intereresting sculptures.
Puerto Vallarta ist ein herrlicher mexikanischer Urlaubsort im Bundesstaat Jalisco. Die Stadt mit ca. 200.000 Einwohnern an der Pazifikküste hat nicht nur schöne Strände und ein reichhaltiges Wassersportangebot. In den kopfsteingepflasterten Straßen des Zentrums liegen die prächtige Kirche Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe sowie verschiedene Restaurants und Bars. An der Strandpromenade El Malecón kann man zahlreiche Skulpturen bewundern. Wir verbrachten dort im Rahmen der Weltreise mit der Costa Luminosa Anfang Februar 2018 bei 27° C. einen entspannten Tag.
Puerto Vallarta en México es un lugar maravilloso. Caminamos unos 7 km desde el puerto de cruceros hasta la inglesia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Comenzamos en Marina Vallarta y pasamos por varias playas hermosas. En el camino vimos algunos loros e iguanas (lagartos). Finalmente disfrutamos del malecón malecón con muchas esculturas interesantes.

How much did it cost for dental work in Puerto Vallarta Mexico? I had a dental exam for a very painful tooth and ended up with a root canal. Dental work in Mexico is inexpensive, but is it safe? We answer that with a resounding YES. The cost of dental work in Mexico is very low in comparison to the United States or Canada. It was our last week in Puerto Vallarta and we were still on the lookout for the Kinetic Kennons but unfortunately they were in the USA. Dentists in Mexico are very skilled and in many cases have the latest equipment. At Mountain Beaches we do love visiting Puerto Vallarta and hope to return often.
