¡Hola! My name is Brendin. My husband, Tim, and I moved from Texas to Mexico in September 2017! We love living in Puerto Vallarta, not only because of the natural beautiful surroundings, cultural richness, and low cost of living, but also because of the delicious and abundant local plant foods. Tim and I choose to follow a vegan lifestyle for our health, for the animals, and for the planet! We believe in compassionate living, sustainability, and minimalism.
