This is Puerto Vallarta’s best kept secret where locals go for the best seafood in town. This restaurant specializes in fresh fish, crabs, octopus, and shrimp. It cooks the fish over a fire pit, in a primitive-style of making BBQ called pescado asado. It takes 45 minutes to cook the snapper, but it is well worth it. This restaurant also makes awesome ceviche.
