I recently stayed in Condo 301 from Aug 30, 2012 to Sep 4, 2012. I truely enjoyed my stay. The condo was modern and clean. I especially liked the large king size bedroom with it’s own sitting area and book library. The kitchen was supberb with the latest appliances and fully stocked with all the extra kitchen appliances anyone would ever need. The condo has an ample dinning area for 4 and a patio with a breath taking view of the beach and ocean. I especially loved the location situated accross from the beach. I was able to take advantage of the many resturaunts on the beach. I would recommend and plan to stay again. My friend who also traveled with me stayed at a hotel for his trip but wishes he would have chosen this vacation rental. He has asked me for a referal to Jeff which I plan to do. The best feature about this property is friendly and help full staff. My hat goes of to Alfredo!
