All right, my and my wife’s stay at Plaza Mar 602 was about as close to a perfect paradise as possible. Our balcony overlooked the palms and onto the beach. The pelicans just about flew in for coffee. The whole complex is a Mexican tile and jungle fantasy – hibiscus, bouganville and several other full blooming plants welcomed us from the north. We hit at the last week in March and the weather we perfect – maybe 80 degrees F with a breeze throughout the day (we never closed the double doors to the balcony. The condo was nearly great – good furniture, granite counter work, glassed in shower, privacy and the occasional howdy to a neighbor. The staff at the lobby desk and our camerana were delightful and the pvkid his own self was there to see that we got settled. Would we come back, even if we weren’t located exactly above the Melicon right in the heart of the Zona Romantica? Well duh. Serrano’s Meat House restaurant is right outside the door – best steaks
