This was first stay in #402 although I have stayed in other Plaza Mar condos. The condo was fully equpped and had new a/c’s which I didn’t have to use and large flat screen TV’s. The condo was relatively quiet except for some boisterous people mainly on the weekend on the sidewalk below. The bar across the street closes relatively early. The location of Plaza Mar is excellent and you are in walking distance of the favorite bars and restaurants in old town. I would like to add that the condo staff was great.
