“This was a 10/10 experience all around. If you’re not looking to sequester yourself in one of millions of the all-inclusive, resorty type places, but would instead prefer to experience old town Puerto Vallarta as one of the thousands of resident expats (and be situated in the center of all the excitement (where you’ll likely gonna end up spending a large amount of time while in PV anyway)), this is the place. The condo is immaculate with a very homey feeling and was the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach and/or an evening on the town. The rooftop pool and its views are second to none. And despite some prior review noting the noise emanating from the small city park directly outside of the condo’s deck, me and my wife enjoyed experiencing the hustle and bustle of the area coming to life in the morning and lasting well into the evening (for the record, the bedroom is peacefully quiet anytime of the day or night). The host was very responsive and both the transaction and communication was seamless. We took advantage of both the laundry facilities (which are very nice/new and located in a room adjacent to the pool deck (makes it very convenient)) and parking in the building, and both concierges were extremely friendly and incredibly helpful making the week that much more enjoyable. I don’t have a negative thing to say. Perfect.”
