My sister and her husband and my partner and I stayed for a week over New Years 2017. The condo had everything we needed and the location was great – right in the heart of the things. Some have mentioned about late-night noise, which is true if you’re in the bedroom off the balcony. Personally I liked listening to all the festivities and had no trouble sleeping. But for those who want more quiet the 2nd bedroom is in the back and away from any street noise. We all enjoyed the rooftop pool and eating breakfast (cooked ourselves) on the private balcony. The building staff were all very friendly and eager to help with whatever we needed – I unfortunately forget the names, but a couple of staff really did go above and beyond to assist us with renting a car, directions and making a couple local phone calls. The condo was perfect for two couples with the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a great time and will definitely try to stay in the unit the next time we’re in PV (hopefully next winter!)
