This was our third time staying suite 502. We like many things about Plaza Mar and suite 502 in particular…
Location: right around Plaza Mar there are many, many restaurants and bars. The Saturday market is right out the front door. Etc, etc.
Plaza Mar: Pool area is great and the pool is a good size and is quite refreshing. It is also a great place to meet other vacationers and figure out where you are going to go for dinner.
Front desk staff are great and very helpful.
Suite 502: very nice furnishings and art work. The 5th floor gives a great view over the palm trees and of the bay and the surf. Maid service is excellent. The kitchen is well outfitted, but the knives could do with a sharpening. The sea breeze blows right through the suite and makes it very comfortable in the winter months, with no A/C on.
Over all highly recommended.
