On the positive side: 1. location, location, location: on the Melicon and spitting distance from the beach, 2. charm: beautiful, serene and secure, 3. nicer people than most I’m used to dealing with in the North, 4. good company: have coffee with the pelicans on the balcony, 5. very reasonable cost, 6. gorgeous condo – great remodel.
