Location is good for night life. The block is very quiet. Watch out for uneven sidewalks. I am an experienced PV tourist but this area is really bad with uneven sidewalks. The interior needs to be updated and some times the cable channels are poor. But my interest is the nightlife so no big deal for me. The two bedroom apartment with balcony is large. Neighbors above me and below me were very quiet.
