We stayed in Condo 502 for a week + starting March 28th. The unit was exactly as described and as expected. Great location, spotless and quick access to the beach. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and eating area, baclony to sit and overlook the street and beach.
If you want a quiet , secluded spot than I would recommend you pick another spot.
We wanted a place right in the heart of Vallarta and this was it. The was some street noise but it was minimal and we left the patio doors open at night so we could listen to the ocean from our bedroom.
The maid came by three times while we were there and kept the place spotless.
If you don’t want to be bothered by vendors on the beach then the pool on the roof offers a nice area to relax. It has a fridge for your beveragtes, small library, reading area, bathroom facilities etc.
Jeff .a.k.a “the pvkid” was absolutely fantastic to deal with and most helpful in every way. He had some great ideas for hikes, reataurants and activties.
