My husband and I stayed in Condo 204 and 506 this visit. Everything about the condo was perfect. We had a large wrap around balcony, everything you need in the kitchen. Fans and A/C in all rooms although we didn’t need the A/C at all.internet was fast, no problems. Serranno’s on the first floor has the most excellent mango shrimp and there is an OXXO next door. We were supposed to check out April 1 but our airline called us at 10:30pm March 31 and said, “Flight cancelled “ . I didn’t even think about the time and called Jeff at about 11:00 pm (sorry Jeff) He immediately placed us in another unit, a one bedroom for two more nights. I had no idea that there was a race going on in the hotel zone and the whole place was full. Jeff came through for us and we were able to continue our vacation without any worries. We ran into some people whose flights had also been cancelled and were renting from a large company. They weren’t even able to reach anyone who could assist them. Anyway, we’ve been there twice in the past year, first time in Condo 203. This is our new home away from home. Jeff is so easy to work with, everything including trip insurance is available on his site. Jimmy at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the housekeepers were friendly and did a great job.
