This is our second time to stay in this complex managed by Jeff. We were staying up at Rivera Cuale with several friends in a 4bed/4bath 4000 sq foot Penthouse. Once our friends left, we decided to stay a few more days so I was scrambling at the last minute to find a place. Jeff made it happen at a great price. We moved in on a Sunday which was also a holiday weekend, but Jeff still made sure the condo was cleaned for our arrival. The view was great, the bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay, even more than the penthouse. The condo came with everything you could possible need! The only negative was we couldn’t get the oven to work but the staff came up within 10 minutes of our calling. They could never get it to work because none of us had a lighter which was what it needed to light. It wasn’t a big deal. Also, because it was Labour Day, that Sunday night was SUPER loud. Fortunately, the AC in our bedroom was loud and helped drown out the noise that went on very late! We love the pool area and the rooftop offers the best view of the sunset! We will definitely stay here again!
