Of course, there’s no way one can NOT have a great time in PV. Love the location of this building, so close to everything.
The unit itself was nice. Spacious with plenty of storage and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bed was comfy, with comfortable linens as well. Nice large walk in shower with adequate water heat and pressure. Owner has beach folding chairs, an umbrella and a few kids’ toys, so a nice touch.
Loved waking up hearing the crashing waves every morning – so soothing. Keep in mind on this 3rd floor unit, you’re looking into palm trees, not the ocean. (for those of you that oceanview is a priority) We didn’t mind as there’s such a flurry of people below to watch, it was entertaining!
Jimmy at the front desk is a very nice guy. Just a happy person. The rooftop pool area is always nice and clean. A nice layout up there with bathrooms, bbq area, little reading nook and laundry. Small, quiet pool area. No loud drunks there, so a very peaceful spot to sit and read and enjoy the sunshine.
