My wife and I just finished staying in 205 Plaza Mar for 10 weeks (Jan 10 to March 21, 2018). We stayed there for 10 weeks in 2017 as well and 5 weeks in 2016. We love the unit, the building, its amenities, its location and its close proximity to the restaurants, bars, stores, shops, banks, gym, beach and the bus stop to go to Wall Mart and/or Costco. The pool deck on the roof of the building is excellent for sun tanning and provides an excellent panoramic view of Puerto Vallarta and Banduras Bay. The building itself is very well maintained and from our condo’s private balcony we have, as people watchers, an excellent view of the various activities that are held in the park across the street from us, including but not limited to the Zumba classes held each weekday morning at 8:00 AM, the Mexican dancers that perform on the stage every Friday evening at 7:00 PM and the Farmers’ Market that is held every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The complex has excellent staff and in particular Jimmy on the front reception desk, who is an extremely social young man who makes everyone feel comfortable as he is always in a good mood and assists guests in so many ways. The front desk personnel are the face of any hotel or condominium complex and Jimmy is the best of the best in our opinion. I hope Jimmy remains on the front desk at Plaza Mar for a long time. Jeff Musto, aka The PV Kid is absolutely the best rentals agent my wife and I have ever dealt with in Puerto Vallarta. We have been vacationing in PV for 14 years now and based upon our experience no one does it better than Jeff.
