We had stayed in this building last year and are quite familiar with the property. We were very satisfied with 314. However, there should be more balcony furniture and some kind of entertainment table for the DVD player and cable modem (they were laying on the floor). A couple things came up and Aaron was extremely responsive and helpful. The flat screen TV died which he quickly picked up and had repaired in less than a week, while providing a loaner tv in the meantime.
We would consider renting this unit for Feb 28, 2015 thru March 28, 2015 if it’s available. There were several showings while we were there (would have been nice to tell us prior to booking this unit that we would have to let realtors and potential buyers in). Aaron again co-ordinated everything and always cleared it with us first.
