This was our 3rd visit to PlazaMar for vacation. Our stay was superb in all aspects. One night there was construction work in the restaurant around 2 a.m. and when I spoke to the desk clerk, he spoke to the workers and informed them their noise was directly below residents’ bedroom and they stopped. The clerk informed me that the city (?) gives out special permits for construction at night, probably not aware it will be near residential areas. We like the charm of PlazaMar and the authentic ‘feel’ of old Mexico. We’ll be back.
