This unit is located in a new building. Close to restaurants, shops, bakery, meat market and small vegetable and fruit outlets in front, pizza restaurant on the next corner and the Vinos Americana store on the next street. A few streets from the beach. Next to the beach you can stroll along the Malecon (Boardwalk) directly to the Old Town of PV. This unit is very clean and well decorated all in new style furniture and beautiful colors. It includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, avant-garde gas stove with 5 burners and BBQ oven – a refrigerator that offers many components such as water, cubed or crushed ice – it provides everything except ice cream. The sundeck is fantastic consisting of small hot swirlpool, small gym and built in BBQ with a fantastic view of the ocean, mountains and streets. You also have your private balcony with a view on the mountains. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this comfortable unit. However, should you rent this unit do not forget to ask for the main door code in case there is no one at the reception.
