The spacious living area has beautiful custom furnishings throughout with a library that slides open to reveal a cleverly hidden large smart TV. A unique elevated master bedroom suite with lovely ocean views is surrounded by frosted glass retractable walls that provide both sound reduction and complete privacy when closed. The second on-suite master bedroom has lovely views of the Los Muertos pier, Los Arcos islands, Conchas Chinas coastline and is furnished with two single beds that are usually combined and made up as a king but may be used separately. An additional sleeping loft that is accessible via a ladder contains a queen size bed and is ideal for teenagers or young adults.
